Child ADHD and Attention Test

This child ADHD and attention test is completed by a parent or caregiver about their child. It is not completed by the child, and it is not a test of parenting quality.

The questions look at your child’s attention, activity level, organisation, task completion, impulse regulation and how these patterns show up in everyday settings such as home and school.

This check does not confirm ADHD and cannot rule it out. Where attention or activity difficulties persist across settings or affect learning, friendships or family life, a professional assessment may be helpful.

This is a self-reflection tool, not a diagnosis. It does not confirm or rule out any condition and does not replace assessment by a qualified professional.
